I was a music teacher for 20 years, and have a grown up family. I retrained as a counsellor from 1999 to 2001 and now offer a confidential and integrative service, using a variety of approaches including Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Transpersonal Psychology, Sand Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family/Systemic Therapy, Creative Visualisation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique... As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am bound by its code of ethics and practice, and receive regular supervision from an experienced and qualified supervisor. I also regularly access continuing professional and personal development as part of my commitment to providing an excellent service to my clients.
