David Craigie - Founder

David is co-founder of the Craigie Partnership. He is a dual Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a qualified Occupational Tester (he is also a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner). He is a Chartered member of both the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology and Division of Coaching Psychology, and is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP).

Dr. Sarah McLaren

Sarah is a chartered Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of experience working in adult mental health settings within the NHS, skilled in therapy and counselling. She is HCPC registered. She has worked in helping and caring professions for all of her adult life and still finds it a privilege to work alongside people to help them grow and develop.

Jenny Kerr

Jenny is an experienced Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology. She qualified with a Masters degree in Psychological Therapy in Primary Care from the Universities of Dundee and Stirling in 2015. This is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Training Course Level 1 by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She also holds a certificate in Counselling Skills from the University of Edinburgh. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. She has worked in a range of settings, including NHS Adult Psychology Services for over 5 years, and within private psychiatric healthcare, delivering both individual and group therapy. She is confident in practising within a pure CBT approach and also blending accrued training in Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Unified Protocol (UP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to fit the needs and therapy goals of the client as required. Within her practice, Jenny uses a structured and evidence-based approach to work with clients experiencing a range of emotional difficulties including low mood or depression, anxiety, anger and stress, uncontrollable worry, health anxiety, phobias, panic, agoraphobia, PTSD, low self-esteem, grief, and sleep problems. She recognises that often more than one emotional difficulty can be experienced at a time and her work centres on tailoring the therapeutic journey to identify the key areas of focus within the fuller picture of a client's life and upskill the client to help them manage their difficulties and to work towards their goals. Her specialist areas are anxiety and stress, low mood, and low self-esteem. She has worked in a range of settings including the NHS Adult Psychology Services for over 6 years, private practice, and in the business sector. She is competent in delivering CBT and has continued her professional development by training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Approaches, Compassionate-Mind Therapy, and Positive Psychology. She uses a pure CBT approach or a blended approach depending on the preference and needs of each client. She is a registered Life Coach and Full Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC). She offers cognitive behavioural therapy coaching for occupational stress and personal development. She also offers Career Coaching.
