I am a Consultant Psychotherapist and have over 30 years experience as a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapist, counsellor, art therapist and supervisor. For 15 years I was the Consultant Psychotherapist and Lead Manager for the Psychological Therapy Services in West Kent for the NHS. My previous work experience has been in a variety of settings. I spent many years working as a therapist and counsellor in two GP surgeries. I have also worked as a student counsellor in two University settings. Before training as a psychotherapist, I qualified as an art therapist and worked in three psychiatric units in London. In addition, I have worked in two therapeutic communities: The Arbours Crisis Centre and the Ingrebourne Centre.
