Ciara joined in April 2023 with a background in the design and creation of costumes and is now training at 10 Savile Row with Head Cutter, Nicholas De'Ath.
Jacob Dege was a successful German journeyman tailor, who came to England in 1855 to seek his fortune. Attempts to reform the German taxation system and impose censorship had driven many of its citizens away. And, a number of those who left Germany chose to pursue a new life in England.
Jonathan joined us in September 2022 having worked in London's high-end clothing sector for seven years. Developing a personal interest in bespoke tailoring and high-level customer service, Jonathan runs our front of house and oversees our Made-to-Measure service.
When Michael was elected Master of the Merchant Taylors' Company in 2004, he became the first practising Master Tailor to achieve this position in 350 years.
With extensive experience of both tailoring and cutting, Nicholas was appointed Head Cutter in 2016. Nicholas leads the team of cutters and specialist tailors on a day to day basis, alongside travelling extensively throughout the world to visit customers.
Savile Row itself continues to flourish. The ‘Row', as it's sometimes known, is home to more than a dozen bespoke tailoring businesses. Between them, those businesses currently employ and train over 200 working craftspeople. This makes Savile Row and its tailors a unique community in very heart of London's West End.

Tom honed his skills under the legendary shirt-maker Robert Whittaker and in 2019, became Savile Row's youngest head shirt-cutter. He regularly hosts overseas Trunk Shows, in conjunction with our tailoring cutters.
William is the fifth generation of the Skinner family to become a Master Tailor. He is a past Appeal Chairman of the Master Tailors' Benevolent Association and, more recently, was the elected Chairman of the Savile Row Bespoke Association.

Xanthe joined in 2023 as an Apprentice Shirt-Cutter under the guidance of Head Shirt-Cutter Tom Bradbury. She joined us after her successful completion of a bespoke tailoring course at Newham College.
