The boat meets all the MCA requirements and is fully licensed and insured to operate up to 60 miles from any safe haven. DevOcean charters operates out of Penarth (South Wales) most of the year, during July and August we operate out of Milford (West Wales)... DevOcean is a brand new fast Evolution charter boat providing charter fishing trips out of Penarth Marina and Milford Haven Marina, where you can go fishing in the Bristol Channel for Cod, Bass, Pollack, Conger, Rays, Bullhuss, Spurdogs, Smoothounds, Tope and Big Sharks, or enjoy wildlife trips off the coast of South and West Wales.
