Located in the South of Buckinhamshire, Steve has easy access to multiple locations on the River Thames both at home and in surrounding areas. These include: Bourne End, Cookham, Maidenhead, Reading, Henley, Staines, and Windsor... Steve started working in a local boat yard whilst still in school. After working there for 12 years he left to work as a self employed engineer and has been doing so ever since. He started with and specializes in Vintage and Traditional engines but now works mainly on more modern boats. He judges and presents a Trophy each year as part of the Henley Traditional Boat Festival for Engine Installation and Smooth Running boats. Boating is also Steve's hobby, his passion for the industry being what drives his day to day work.
