Danielle has joined our lettings team after having a break to have her 2 children after working in lettings for many years. Danielle's bright and bubbly personality fits perfectly within our team and her drive is very positive. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and going on walks in the countryside.
Another recent addition to the Debbie Fortune Team, Jessica was born and raised in Australia, moving to the UK with her family as a 15-year-old in 2015. Jessica was bitten by the property bug whilst working for a well regarding Clifton Estate agent when studying at University in Bristol. A keen and successful Rider and Eventer she spends much of her spare time in the company of her two prized horses Wendal and Merlin. In 2023 she won the Cotswold Cup competing on Merlin against both professional and amateur riders. Go Jess!
With several decades of invaluable Retail and Leisure industry experience behind her, Joanne is always looking at ways to improve and enhance the level of customer service provided by herself and others within the business. Her mantra of ‘Never STOP learning because LIFE never stops teaching', sums her attitude up wonderfully. A strong and willing team player, she is composed, diligent and always has a smile on her face. We are also incredibly lucky that she has a passion for baking cakes, something that her team members are certainly grateful of!
Julie Green our negotiator is without question one of the most knowledgeable and reliable sources of information about the local area and what's going on. A keen walker in her spare time, there is not a footpath or bridleway that Julie hasn't walked and she is an expert at guiding you to the best local places to eat!
Kathryn Reed, who originally joined us as an apprentice back in 2013, is a key and valued member of our team. She has an amazing attention to detail which our clients love. When Kathryn isn't working, she enjoys fitness & spending time with her family. Kathryn also has a keen interest in interior design and renovation.

Kiera Morris is quite literally the glue that binds us all, her role as head of sales progression is varied and challenging and she is always the first to help and find a solution.
Our Managing Director, Lisa works alongside, co-owner Neil and heads up our fabulous close-knit team across our branches, both in sales and lettings. Lisa has a wealth of experience spanning 30 years since her career in estate agency began in 1991, starting as an office junior and working her way up through upper management and eventually directorship. Lisa says, "I simply love our industry and never take for granted that I get to live and work in one of the most attractive and desired regions in the UK. I also get to work alongside a knowledgeable team that naturally strive to exceed client expectations and nurture long term relationships. This is the reason that so many clients return to use our services time after time, and we couldn't be more grateful for their ongoing support". When Lisa is not working, she can be found attending much needed fund-raising sponsorship and community projects that Debbie Fortune Estate Agents support locally, cooking for her very large family, or walking her two cocker spaniels, Jarvis and Bonnie, on the beach, close to her home in Uphill.
Maisie is considerably knowledgeable about buying and selling property in the area. Every client appreciates Maisie's outstanding attention to detail, and they are all glad to see her back on the team.
Marie spent her early estate agency years in South West London for a premium independent agent and later joined the local Savills office as Associate Director before moving back to Somerset and joining us here at Debbie Fortune Estate Agents. When Marie is not working, she loves dining out and trips away but and spends much of her spare time renovating her home in Winscombe.

Co-owner Neil Drejer, joined the business in 2016, from Savills in Bath, where he was an Associate Director. In June 2021 he joined forces with Managing Director Lisa Baines to acquire the business from its founder Debbie Fortune, following the announcement of her much deserved retirement. Neil has gathered an extensive knowledge and understanding of the local and regional property market gained over his 20 plus years working as an estate agent. His experience ranges from selling compact studio apartments in the City to high net worth country homes. Neil oversees the sales teams throughout the company and predominantly bases himself out of our Congresbury Office. Outside of work Neil has a busy family life with his wife and two children and is an avid supporter of Bristol Bears rugby club.

With years of lettings experience, Samantha really excels in administration, compliance, and legislation! This is so important for our landlords. Living locally, Samantha is a devoted mum to 3 boys who keep her on her toes.

Scott has had 10 years experience in the industry and has sold every type of property you can think of. He has a very honest and practical approach while ensuring buyers and sellers are content.
After many years as a local, well-known hair salon owner, Tracey has always had a keen interest in all thing's property. Tracey is friendly, passionate about customer care and is a fantastic addition to our friendly viewing team.
With over 25 years in customer service, Victoria's positive, professional nature and her attention to customer delight makes her the perfect fit within Debbie Fortune Estate Agents Lettings team. In her spare time, Victoria loves spending time with her family and is a very keen equestrian.
Combining her part time role with a successful career in hospitality, Wendy has exceptional experience in her field makes her a perfect go to person and problem solver. Highly organised and adaptable, her passion for property shows through in everything she does.
