The company was established in 1995 by David Mills FRICS who was made a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1993, and has worked in the City since 1967 gaining considerable local knowledge... We are a small and friendly firm offering a wide range of services and experience on traditionally constructed properties with a particular focus on the individual needs of our clients. We serve a diverse range of clients, both domestic and commercial, from private individuals through to large landlords and national builders... We produce design risk reviews, pre-construction phase health and safety plans and carry out the roles of principle designer/designer under CDM regulations 2015.
