Amanda Andrews

Amanda is a Senior Chartered Legal Executive with over 25 years' legal experience working in all aspects of property law. Amanda began her career working in central London and then from 2014 working in Surrey. Amanda specialises in a wide range of both commercial conveyancing and residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, property development, secured lending (including development finance), business leases renewals, licenses for alterations, change of use, assignments and sub-lettings, rent deposit deeds, new leases, option agreements, overage, s106 agreements, equity release, transfers of equity, lease extensions and many other commercial and residential property matters. Amanda also has a wealth of experience acting for pension corporate trustees, specialising in land transactions and security arrangements for SSAS pension loanbacks and third-party loans. Amanda's past experience includes having acted for the governing body in the game of tennis for Great Britain on a large number of loans and grants.

Christopher Elias

Christopher Elias joined Dollman & Pritchard as a consultant in July 2010 and became a partner in January 2012. He spent 24 years at his previous North London firm and was a partner there. He qualified as a solicitor in 1982. After qualifying he gained substantial experience in a variety of areas of law both contentious and non-contentious, including civil and criminal litigation, family and private client law making him an experienced all-round lawyer with considerable diverse knowledge. He now specialises in all matters relating to private client law. This includes estates and probate, wills, lasting powers of attorney and trusts. The estates that he handles range from small estates to high net worth estates involving millions of pounds. He is the head of the private client department and the supervisor of all fee earners in the department.

Graham Norman

Graham Norman joined Dollman & Pritchard in October 1996. Graham specialises in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and became a Partner in 1999. He is also the Head of the Conveyancing Department. He became Senior Partner in 2010 and is committed to leading the firm and maintaining strong links with local businesses whilst providing a personal and professional service to all clients across the range of areas in which Dollman & Pritchard specialise.

John Nash

Consultant: Residential Conveyancing, Wills and Probate John Nash is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with an extensive background in residential and commercial property. He joined our firm as a consultant in October 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles as principal at John Nash & Co and partner at Heath Giles & Co in Wallington, Surrey. John also enjoys private client work where he is committed to delivering a high standard of service and practical advice to clients in need of wills and probate services.

John Tsoukkas

Julian Holbrook

Julian Holbrook qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2001. He joined Dollman & Pritchard in 2006 having previously worked for another firm in Surrey and also for a firm in London. Julian began his career by dealing with civil litigation but he has, for many years now, been specialising in what is often known as private client work. This includes drafting Wills and also dealing with estates and probate matters when someone has died. Julian also prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney and makes applications to the Court of Protection. His work also includes dealing with trusts. Julian takes a careful approach to his work and goes to great lengths to ensure that his clients receive the best possible advice and assistance.

Katia Lake

After completing her LLB (Hons) at Oxford Brookes University and attending law school at Kaplan Law School (formerly part of Nottingham Law School), Katia qualified as a solicitor in 2012 specialising in residential property. Katia was previously a Partner and Head of Property at the Wimbledon Office of a Legal 100 Firm. Most of her work comes from recommendations by clients (previous and existing) and she is recognised for her speed and efficiency in completing property transactions. Communication is very important to Katia, and she would usually reply to all client's emails promptly to ensure her clients are always aware of how their matters are progressing. Katia sees her relationships with her clients as collaborative and works alongside them to get the job done.

Kevin Newell

Kevin was admitted as a solicitor in 1974 and after a spell working in London he moved to Crawley and ran his own practice in partnership until 2015. Kevin joined Sandom Robinson in South Croydon, and subsequently became a consultant with Dollman & Pritchard when the firm was acquired by them. Kevin specializes in commercial and residential property matters, housing development and planning matters, and has experience in Restrictive Covenant applications to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber). Kevin lives in Sussex with his wife and has four children and eight grandchildren. Kevin enjoys spending time in southern France and is keenly interested in sport of all kind. Kevin recently retired as Chairman of Burgess Hill Town FC a post which he held for 17 years.

Nick Robinson

Consultant: Residential and Commerical Conveyancing Nick joined Dollman & Pritchard as a consultant in June 2022 when his firm, Sandom Robinson, was incorporated into the practice and the Croydon Office opened. He became a partner in his previous firm in 1978.

Theresa studied with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives whilst working and qualified in 2012 being admitted as Fellow in February 2015. Theresa is an experienced member of the team with over 20 years backing working in Residential Conveyancing. Theresa deals with a wide range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, equity release and transfers of equity.
