Eliteliving is owned and managed by husband and wife team, Nigel and Deborah Fielden. We started investing in property in our spare time to do a better job of planning for our retirement than the City fund managers, but as our portfolio has grown eliteliving has become a full-time endeavour... Eliteliving provides luxury properties for rent in the West Midlands area. Our portfolio is focused on professional house-shares, where individuals can live in luxury hotel standard furnished accommodation with a blend of privacy and companionship with other professionals. The monthly rent includes all utilities, TV, internet, parking and cleaning of common areas. We also rent a number of high quality 3-bed and 4-bed houses which we let unfurnished.
