Dave is also an Associate with the APSE (The Association for Public Service Excellence) Best Value Consultancy, having spent several years involved with their Performance Networks service. He is currently engaged on a major "street scene" / "neighbourhood" project with them and partners such as ENCAMS (Keep Britain Tidy).
