English Oak Designs was created and is run by Ross Sledger. Ross is a second generation sawyer with 14 years experience in oak saw milling and who's family have been oak and softwood merchants since 1964. This experience includes a sizeable knowledge of sourcing english oak and importing oak from France, Belgium and Eastern Europe... We specialize in designing and building bespoke oak garden buildings, structures and rustic / green oak furniture. We work directly with clients, architects and landscape designers to provide a unique and professional schedule that is truly hand crafted... We also offer facility for you to design and we build, which gives clients ultimate freedom for creation. At English Oak Designs we try to provide products that are traditionally built with time-honoured methods that date back as far as 400 yrs and still stand strong today.
