EMMANUEL CHURCH

We meet in the church building on Dudley Drive / Stonecot Hill (next to the Army Reserve centre). But 'church' is not the building, it's the people - and we at Emmanuel would love to see you at any of our main church family times!... And Emmanuel is an Evangelical church. We believe that the Bible is God's trustworthy word to us today, and so we sit under its authority. And we believe that Jesus died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring sinners like us to God (as it says in 1 Peter 3:18)... Emmanuel is a Christian church. We believe in one God who is three persons - Father, Son and Spirit - and we are fully committed to the classic Christian creeds.
