We have designed and developed a range of advanced equipment for the tyre industry. Included in our range we currently market ultrasonic testing equipment to inspect truck tyres, light truck tyres, earthmover tyres and aircraft tyres. The equipment is designed to assess the intregrity of new tyres, casings and retreaded tyres. We can detect belt edge separations, belt defects, sidewall defects, porosity voids in the tyre structure, and many more defects. The readout is so accurate that you can usually read the tyre logo!... We also manufacture a range of electromagnetic steel belt detectors for truck tyres. These devices use no water. We have developed the Microtread, a hand held instrument capable of very accurate measurements. We offer three instruments to cover the following ranges 0-10mm, 0-20mm and 10-30mm. We also produce the Megatread belt detector, a very accurate belt detector designed to be fitted to a buffing machine.
