The Gilbert Lane Trust is a charity founded in memory of Gilbert and Grace Lane who together founded the Gloucester based International company G R Lane Health Products Ltd. in 1930... The Charity was established in 1997 by Roger and Helen Lane in memory of their parents and members of the Lane family continue to have representation on the board of trustees. Gil and Grace were both born in Lincolnshire and retained strong family ties with the county throughout their lives. In recent years links with the county have been strengthened with the acquisition by G R Lane Health Products of Boston based Jakemans (Confectioners) Ltd.
