Fredericks Chocolates is our original brand and handles all of the handmade chocolate and fudge including our award-winning Lemon Burst and our award-winning Vanilla Fudge and is very much the luxury side of what we do. Mark and myself make all of the chocolates and fudge that we have in store and on this website. We don't sleep very much!... Fred's Fix is the most fun part of what we do. It is our traditional sweet section of the shop and we have a very impressive range of sweets for you to choose from... We are very much a family run business, all of our sons have at some point worked with us and we consider all our staff, past and present, to be extended members of our family whatever they are doing now.
