Amit Taneja is the director of Hale Physiotherapy and Wellbeing Centre and Cuffley Clinic Limited. He also works as the Lead Physiotherapist. Having completed his Masters in Musculoskeletal and sports Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University, he has worked in both the NHS and private sector. During his career he has developed a broad range of advanced treatment techniques through numerous external qualifications. These include acupuncture, manual therapy and biomechanical analysis. Amit's goal is to provide effective diagnosis and treatment for a wide variety of conditions. He is a member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and HCPC. Amit has extensive knowledge in sports injuries, sports rehabilitation and sports therapy and works closely with Hertford Rugby Club. He also has vast knowledge and experience of whiplash injuries, occupational health, acupuncture, massage, arthritis, pain management and all musculoskeletal complaints. Amit is a highly motivated individual. In his spare time, he tries to keep fit and participate in local running events and has developed a genuine interest in running related injuries. I have not looked back since as I find it such an effective, gentle and wonderful way of working with babies, children and people of all ages.
