Amit Taneja is the director of Hale Physiotherapy and Wellbeing Centre and Cuffley Clinic Limited. He also works as the Lead Physiotherapist.
Having completed his Masters in Musculoskeletal and sports Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University, he has worked in both the NHS and private sector. During his career he has developed a broad range of advanced treatment techniques through numerous external qualifications. These include acupuncture, manual therapy and biomechanical analysis. Amit's goal is to provide effective diagnosis and treatment for a wide variety of conditions. He is a member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and HCPC.
Amit has extensive knowledge in sports injuries, sports rehabilitation and sports therapy and works closely with Hertford Rugby Club. He also has vast knowledge and experience of whiplash injuries, occupational health, acupuncture, massage, arthritis, pain management and all musculoskeletal complaints.
Amit is a highly motivated individual. In his spare time, he tries to keep fit and participate in local running events and has developed a genuine interest in running related injuries. He has even completed specialist courses in this specific field. If you are a keen runner with a specific injury Amit will provide specialist assessment and treatment sessions to help you return to full fitness.
Amit's caring and gentle nature complements his physiotherapy skills and results in his patients returning to him time after time. He has a passion to see all clients reach their full potential and will work with each client to achieve this goal within their capabilities. Heman Mamtora is a dedicated and friendly physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from DY Patil University, Pune, India. His experience includes internships at a Multispeciality Hospital, working in various departments and OPD. Radhika Sharma graduated in 2003 with physiotherapy BSc (Hons) degree and is a member of chartered society of physiotherapist. She has many years of specialist neurological experience within the National Health Service and private sector.
Radhika specialised within neuro rehabilitation in her career, with her practice being influenced by a combination of both the Bobath concept and a motor relearning program. Sophie Rawlinson has completed a Masters in Physiotherapy from King's College London and a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Therapy from Leeds Beckett University. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Care Professions Council.
Sophie has a vast knowledge and interest in sports injuries and is passionate about rehabilitation. She is very hands on and includes massage, pain management, and musculoskeletal injury management as part of her rehabilitation programmes.
Working within the private sector and sport clubs, including County rugby and the Great North run, has allowed Sophie to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries such as muscle strains, lower back injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.

Sruthi Nair has graduated from Rajiv Gandhi university of Health Sciences Bangalore in 2008 with First class Honours and worked in Mumbai for Multispecialty Hospital and outpatient departments. She furthered her skills by achieving a Master's degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University.
For over 10 years now Sruthi has been gaining experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation as a Senior Physiotherapist. Sruthi has also undertaken extensive post graduate training specialising in Musculoskeletal injury management, Women's Health, Acupuncture, Soft tissue skills. She specialises in hands on approach to treatments that provide great results for patients.
With her strong musculoskeletal background she has been able to apply this to her Woman's health interest in treating both ante-natal and post-natal woman , as well as woman of all ages for pelvic floor/ urogynae related problems like pelvic floor pain and dysfunction, diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) pelvic girdle pain, urine/ faecal incontinence, vaginal prolapse etc

I was delighted to achieve a long-term ambition by completing my training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in July 2009 with the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust. I have not looked back since as I find it such an effective, gentle and wonderful way of working with babies, children and people of all ages. People looking for relief for a wide variety of reasons and sometimes just for de-stressing and deep relaxation.
Previously I worked for many years with massage and healing in North London and built up a busy client base with Barnet Healthcare, introducing my work to people with physical and learning disabilities which was a real privilege.
In 2009 I also moved to Wareside where I live happily with my husband and two girls.My hobbies are continuing post-graduate studies, being an eternal student of subjects related to healing and health, yoga, cycling, and wonderful walks with our dog.
