The business was founded by Alastair and William (Bill) Hardie, two of the main contributors to the Scots fiddle revival and members of the distinguished Hardie family from the north-east of Scotland, whose forebears include accomplished violin makers and traditional fiddlers... Hardie Press are specialist sheet music publishers. Titles include those of Scottish fiddle music, baroque music and Liszt Society publications
