Batya joined the company in 2022 as a Property Administrator in our residential department. She has worked in residential management for a number of years and has broad experience in this area.
Bradley joined Heywood & Partners in 1999, working closely with Simon on the property investment side of the business. With extensive industry knowledge and expertise, a keen eye for a property deal, extensive market knowledge, not to mention a wide network of contacts, he provides top quality advice to his clients, meeting and exceeding the original brief on many occasions.
Joel joined the growing asset and property management department in 2020. Joel brought along a mixed portfolio with properties across the asset classes. He previously worked at a West End firm for a number of years acting for a variety of clients ranging from investment funds to private clients.
Kate runs the working lives of Simon Heywood and Bradley Lewis, making sure that they have all the information and support they need to deliver their services to clients. That's not all: Kate is a spreadsheet whizz and plays a key role in accounting services.

Mark Apter is an experienced manager in the field of residential property management. He joined Heywood and partners in 2022 as head of the department, bringing over a decade of experience from his previous role at a North London Property Consultancy firm. Mark's diverse knowledge and expertise make him a valuable asset to the team.
Joint Director with Simon, Michael Frenkel was a founder of the business. With over 40 years' senior level experience within commercial property, Michael leads the asset and property management department. He maintains strong working partnerships with landlords, liaising closely with them on key decisions that need to be made.
Moishe joined the company in 2008 and plays a key role in Heywood & Partners' thriving property management department, working hard to deliver high quality services to his clients.
Nicola joined Heywood & Partners' property management department in 2004. Nicola supports the team, runs the help desk and liaises on a daily basis with contractors, property owners and tenants to ensure the smooth running of all the properties that Heywood & Partners manage.
Scott supports the property management team and provides a wide range of accountancy support and financial expertise. Invoice payments, bank reconciliation, service charge development and VAT are just a few of the key tasks within his remit.
Simon founded the company, alongside Michael Frenkel, the two having become colleagues and good friends some time beforehand. Their combined skills and understanding of how each other operates makes for a great management team. Simon understands all aspects of property but specialises in the property investment side of Heywood & Partners, providing a top notch service to his clients and leading the company from the front.
