Harlow solicitor Harris Cuffaro and Nichols offer a range of legal services to both the local community and further afield.
Hassan Mahmood deals with all Property matters with a particular focus on Commercial. He has established a good reputation with local and national business owners, developers and established clients of the firm for being a timely, effective and approachable solicitor.
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 having graduated From Westminster University in 2007 and completed the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in 2008.
Emma joined Harris Cuffaro & Nichols in June 2014 from a North London based property law firm and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. She continues to build upon her knowledge and experience of the local and surrounding areas.
Emma's good reputation with her clients and her professionalism are testimony to her rapid promotion as a partner of Harris Cuffaro & Nichols in April 2017.
Stuart heads our Criminal Litigation team and is widely regarded as one of the most skilled and professional Criminal Lawyers in the area. He is an extremely talented and articulate advocate and can be found in the local Magistrates' Courts and Police Stations on a daily basis.
Stuart qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and has been the Senior Partner of the Criminal Department for over 15 years. He has a robust yet friendly approach and prides himself on providing an excellent service to all clients' he represents. Stuart has a wealth of knowledge in relation to all aspects of criminal law and is highly recommended by clients and fellow professionals alike.
Justin joined Harris Cuffaro & Nichols in June 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2020. Whilst working at the firm he completed his Graduate Diploma of Law and Legal Practice Course, both with distinction.
Stuart Cooper heads our Criminal Law and Motoring department, and is assisted by Lauren Bond, Solicitor and Partner; Darren Flight, Managing Clerk; Emma Davenport, Solicitor; and Nicola Copson, Criminal Litigation Manager. The team is assisted by excellent support staff as well as Police Station Representatives, including John Moore and Louise Hobday, who are on hand 24 hours a day.

Peter Cuffaro is one of the founding members of the firm and heads both our Property Department as well as our Wills and Probate team. He is assisted by Lin Plows, Licenced Conveyancer and Partner; Eva Hart, Licenced Conveyancer and Emma Marchant, Solicitor.
