Health Conscious was founded in 2011 by Nicky Foster, known to her friends as Joy, on the ethos that ‘every body can heal itself'. As a qualified Pharmacist with a personal interest and self-motivated study in natural medicine, Joy wanted to inspire the local community to take control of their health and start on the path towards ‘wholeness'. We are absolutely passionate about living a vibrant and joyful life and feel that eating good quality wholefoods plays a large part in achieving that... We deliver to Llantwit Major and surrounding villages including Cowbridge, Wick, St Athan & Rhoose, and Llandow in the Vale of Glamorgan.
