We aim to exceed the minimum requirements as stated by OFSTED, that 50% of staff are trained to NVQ Level 3 or above in an appropriate field... All our staff have accessed Montessori, child protection, food hygiene and paediatric first aid training, and we are committed to offering on-going, high-level professional development opportunities to all staff.
