To compliment our cleaning services that we already undertake, we introduced in 1993 a complete range of 'consumables' that we deliver on a daily basis to existing customers. We do not charge for delivery of consumables to any of our ongoing cleaning contracts...
We believe that it is in our customers and our best interests to work within a recognised mileage radius from our Colchester office. With this in mind we felt that all ongoing contracts should be reachable within approximately 1 hours drive should a problem or situation arise . This equates to an approximate radius of 50 miles and serves to keep our response time to the bare minimum and has since worked very well. Areas covered focusing on our commitment to customer care we have established and maintained many excellent relationships with our customers, some of whom are still with us since 1985 of which we are extremely proud.
