Jerome Kitson

After studying estate management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, for three years, Jerome started in estate agency in 1993. Beginning in Barnes, he gained experience in Battersea and Knightsbridge before becoming London Regional Director for Stacks Property Search and Acquisition in 2000. In 2003, he teamed up with Michael Chetwode to set up Home Search Bureau. Having a Wiltshire farming and property background and children at Sandroyd and Bryanston, he is in a perfect position to keep his ear to the ground for property information as well as having a wealth of local knowledge and contacts within the industry.

Michael has been a property search agent since 1989 and was London regional director for 10 years for County Homesearch prior to joining Jerome in 2003 to set up Home Search Bureau. Michael started in property selling country houses with Knight Frank and Rutley's Ascot office in 1982 before moving to London to sell flats and houses. During his career, Michael has acted for numerous clients from both the UK and overseas, and has an excellent working knowledge of prime central London as well as areas to the south of the Thames and towards the west. He has also acted for many clients buying houses in the home counties.
