Frank is an Analytical Chemist with over 30 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, he is passionate about people development and has a proven track record for competency development and training of analytical chemists. Over the years he has specialised in mentoring placement students during their placement year in industry, many of which have gone on to present work at external conferences and won awards for best undergraduate project of the year from their University.
