I set up Jonathan Mardall Consulting in 2001. After a degree in Russian at the University of Geneva and ten years with Save the Children Fund and ActionAid in Africa, Pakistan and the UK, I spent six years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) working on economic assignments in the former Soviet Union. Following four years with a medium-sized provider, I established my own outplacement business to try and provide the best possible service to a small number of clients looking for a new role...
