I work as an Integrative Therapist and Coach with adults for short term targeted therapy and coaching, and longer-term psychotherapy. I also provide workshops on a variety of mental health and well-being topics to individual groups and in business settings... I have been in private therapy practice for over 15 years working with individuals, companies and health charities. With a career in nursing, teaching and therapy spanning 30 years, I have supported countless people through many difficult issues and life challenges. My previous role was as a lecturer in psychology in Further and Higher Education, also managing health care courses and mentoring/coaching teaching staff in colleges and university... I am currently in advanced training as a relational psychotherapist. There are limited spaces and special rates available on enquiry.
