Prior to founding JWM, Alan was the BBC's first Head of Media Planning with responsibility for on-air media strategy and implementation for marketing across the corporation's TV, radio and digital services His previous role as Broadcast Buying Director at Ogilvy & Mather, together with his broadcast experience, allows him to best understand the commercial demands of a broadcaster together with its marketing requirements.

Jo Wilkinson

Prior to JWM, Jo had a 15 year media career encompassing both TV marketing & advertising media, including BBC, Sky UK, Red Bee Media & HAVAS Media. Across the last 10 years at JWM, Jo has worked with broadcasters in many international markets, applying her knowledge and experience to enable broadcasters to make their TV marketing work hard. Jo enjoys collaborating to combine media planning science, consumer insight and marketing strategy to solve challenges in TV marketing.
