JUBILANT TRUST

The Jubilant Trust was initiated by the Thames Traditional Rowing Association (TTRA). The TTRA was formed in 1995 to promote traditional fixed-seat rowing and help publicise the annual Doggett's Coat and Badge Wager between Watermen Apprentices.
