We were originally started in 1977 as Lynnwood Estates, later known as Addison Hudson. We became part of Park Estates in 1988 but returned as an independent agency in 2000 under our current name of Kingswood Estates. Since the start we have been owned by Roger Staszewski (Just call him Roger...it's easier on the teeth!) who went to school locally and has a wealth of knowledge to place at your disposal.
