Our motto and aim at Langwathby C of E School is to 'Bring out the Best in One Another'. Our school sits at the centre of a large rural catchment area; we serve many villages and numerous small hamlets whilst only being a short drive from Penrith Town. We take children from Nursery (aged 3) to Year 6 (aged 11) and teach them across 5 classes. The school day runs from 8:50 to 3:30 and our privately run wrap-a-round care, Eden Explorers, offers childcare from 8am to 6pm everyday... We pride ourselves on our commitment to the arts, using a topic based curriculum to deliver creative, hands-on..
