Lee Parrott Quality Butchers was established in 2004, when the ownership of the butchers was taken over from Mr Howard Yates... At Lee Parrott Quality Butchers we're also well known for our award winning homemade products - all freshly made on our own premises. We offer a full range of sausages, burgers, bacon and gammon, in fact we offer the best dry cured gammon in the whole of the North West as awarded at the BPEX Northwest Roadshow 2010... We pride ourselves on the fact that we can trace every cut of meat we sell back to the farm where it was reared.
