L & C

The new L & C season is almost upon us, and there will be a significant difference from the 2021/22 season, as League Secretary Brian Davies has retired from the role he's served with distinction for 14 years... At a time where the threats to amateur football participation have never been more pronounced, with the advent of more TV games and other work commitments, under Brian's tenure, the league has gone from strength to strength, with eight divisions and he leaves his role as Secretary with the L & C in great shape... For a transition period, Brian will take up the role of Assistant Secretary, providing valuable experience as the L & C moves forward into the new season.
