I am a multidisciplinary developer and researcher with expertise in Psychology, Computer Science, and Health Informatics. Currently, I work at NHS Midlands and Lancashire working in the Digital Innovation Unit... My PhD at the University of Sheffield's Centre for Assistive Technology and Connected Healthcare (CATCH) focused on improving digital implementation in NHS Mental Health services, such as IAPT. I also explored how system usability impacts the ability to form connections with therapeutic chatbots, particularly in terms of expectations and therapeutic alliance.
