Has more than 24 years experience in Design, Construction & Project Management of various projects in UK, Pakistan & Bangladesh. Those Projects are executed in International, Canadian, British & US Standards including Foreign Embassies, Multinational & International Organization.
He has awarded the C. Build E FCABE (Fellow of Chartered Association of Building Engineers, UK) and P.Eng (UK) MSPE (Corporate Member, The Society of Professional Engineers, UK) in 2008 for his outstanding contributions to the Building/ Construction industry Home & Abroad.
Ahmed Mukta is the managing director of MDM Architects with over 26 years of experience in design, construction and project management. He has worked globally, including in the UK, Nepal, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. This experience has given him a unique vision to direct and provide guidelines for his teams according to their field of expertise. Like a mentor, he provides guidance and technical support to lead every aspect of a project, from design to construction to project delivery.
Innovation is also a blueprint in his background. Ahmed works to innovate and develop new standards, policies and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. For this reason, he considers Architecture one of the most creative fields that need intensive expression and vision.

Dewan Afzal(Makke) Passionate HR personnel specializing in restructuring human resources in large industries, developing and implementing HR policies, and acquiring talent and training them accordingly. He has also focused on employee retention and company growth throughout his career overlooking part of operation and the the Admin as well. Strong team leader with can do attitude. Not a boss but a True Leader leading with his experience and helping and nurturing young talents for better growth.
Additionally, he is passionate about social work and helping those in need. Currently, he is leading two non-governmental organizations, which work for the Empowerment of Women, Non-Formal Education, Skill Development Program, Hunger project and medical assisting.

Fahim Reza is a highly experienced engineer with 10+ years experience in quality control, project management and coordination. He currently works as a Quality Control Engineer for the Opulence Group, coordinating projects with clients, vendors and different departments within the business. He also takes responsibility for the quality of materials to ensure that the project is delivered promptly and efficiently.
Umme Kulsum is a Senior Cad operator at MDM Architects. She is an experienced engineer with expertise in drawing up architectural, structural and plumbing plans.
She is a qualified expert in architectural and structural work and detailed drawing, as these are areas she has been able to perform over the years in avant-garde projects.
