BIO Joseph is an experienced executive and entrepreneur who over his career has worked across Africa building and growing organisations in both the private and public sector. His prior experience spans various organisations in various sectors including Philips SA and various subsidiaries under Naspers Limited's media arm. Joseph is also founder of Najora, an advisory, venture capital, and consulting firm. At Masawara, he is responsible for executing the Company's growth strategy through harnessing the current investment portfolio as well as growing the portfolio through strategic acquisitions and expansion in targeted markets. Joseph is passionate about creating, financing and transforming African businesses in the digital age into dominant local, regional and international brands.

BIO Mustafa is the CEO of Masawara Financial Services Cluster, which has interests in general insurance, life assurance, reinsurance, asset management and microfinance. He was appointed to the TA Holdings Limited board in November 2006. Mustafa started his career at Motorola in the USA where he spent 10 years in the communications division before moving to Zimbabwe to pursue a different career path. Mustafa has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from University College London, A BSc in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from Florida International University.

BIO Osbourne Majuru is a seasoned professional whose experience spans across multiple industries over a period of 20 years. Notably he was the Finance Director at Anglo Ashanti in Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Isle of Man prior to assuming the helm at Cresta Group of Hotels which he has grown into a formidable hospitality group in the Southern African region. He has also held the role of Group Chief Strategy officer within Masawara Zimbabwe, and has played in the field of petroleum as the CEO at Zuva petroleum. In 2018 Mr Majuru was appointed Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Cresta Hotels Cluster. He sits on various boards as a non executive director in Zimbabwe, Uganda and Botswana. His senior management experience is bolstered by his education as a Chartered Accountant (Z) with an Accounting (Honours Degree (UZ). When he is not in the office you can find him on the golf course perfecting his swing.

BIO Sharon joined Masawara in 2021 as Group General Counsel, a role in which she oversees the corporate, legal, and regulatory affairs of all the group companies. Previously, Sharon served as the Chief Operating Officer of a pan-African investment management and advisory firm. She is a commercial lawyer by training and has worked in leading regional and international commercial law firms in Zimbabwe, Botswana, and the United Kingdom. Sharon has a global outlook having studied, lived in, and worked in different countries which include South Africa, United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States. She is lauded for being a commercially aware, lateral thinking, and detail-oriented legal and investment professional.

BIO Shingai commenced his career in commodity trading. He subsequently acquired a strategic stake in TA Holdings Limited, a diversified conglomerate which was then listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. Through his vision, TA Holdings transformed into Masawara Plc whose vision and mission is anchored in establishing a platform of permanence to serve through the delivery of exceptional products and services. His investment philosophy is hinged on an operator-investor model, thus Masawara is significantly involved in the operations and strategic thrust of all its investee companies. As Group CEO, he spearheads the vision and strategic focus, leads in capital allocation and pursues business opportunities that align with Masawara's vision and mission. He currently serves on several boards across a spectrum of sectors and industries where he promotes sustainable value creation, aggressive growth and building strong brands.

BIO Watson oversees the Investments and Capital Management function for the Masawara Group, working directly with investee companies on strategy formulation and implementation to drive growth for long-term sustainability. At a Group level Watson oversees overall management of Masawara's investment portfolio and investment strategy to ultimately achieve value realisation for Masawara's various stakeholders. An investment banker by profession, Watson has extensive experience as a deal maker across corporate finance, structured trade and commodity finance and infrastructure and resources credit. Prior to joining Masawara, Watson spent 7 years at Rand Merchant Bank advising a range of Corporate Finance Transactions covering cross-border and international Mergers & Acquisitions including listings and de listings, capital raises, corporate restructures and empowerment acquisitions.
