Roy has over 30 years' experience in the field of surveying, starting his career in London, before moving to West Sussex. He took over the role of manager of Mills & Company in 1995 and developed a successful surveyors, lettings and estate agency business. Roy has a love of architecture and buildings, which forms the backdrop to his passion to provide an excellent service in all aspects of his business. Roy has built strong relationships with all of his clients over the years and also with the local community.
