NIGEL GROUT

Nigel is an experienced and impartial construction professional specialising in the resolution and avoidance of disputes and contentious issues on international infrastructure projects. With a background in Quantity Surveying, Nigel now works exclusively as a Dispute Board member (including acting as Chairman or as a Sole Member) on projects that use the FIDIC Conditions of Contract and the MDB Harmonised Editions. He is included on the FIDIC President's List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators and has extensive expertise and experience as a Dispute Board member in both ‘standing' and ‘adhoc' boards.
