After 20+ years working in large business I decided in 2010 to step away from a full-time corporate role and strike out on my own. I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations to maximise the contribution of, and release the potential of, themselves and their people... So what does that mean? Basically I take a pragmatic and no-nonsense approach (well I am based in Yorkshire!) to the management of people and the development of their skills, knowledge and confidence. That encompasses a whole range of activities from organisation-wide strategies on talent management, development, culture and diversity; through to the implementation of those strategies at a company or individual level through a whole range of activities that you can explore here on my site.
