Hello. I'm Abby Charles. I've spent my whole career in administration, working for the civil service, the NHS, and a few commercial companies. I've worked in the third sector since 2011, in areas that include housing, education, the environment, community music and music development... I'm an administration and third-sector specialist. I'm an ICB Certified Bookkeeper and a certified Xero adviser. I am an expert in Airtable, Zapier, Slack and lots of other software packages. I am also an Associate Member of the CIPD.
