NEW INN HALSE

The New Inn has been trading as a pub in Halse for 300 years, has been through four name changes, numerous owners, an 18th century facelift and now excitingly renovations in 2020/21 to celebrate its new life as a community pub... We are a dog friendly pub but ask that dogs be kept on a lead as being a country pub we often have several. Unfortunately however, dogs are not allowed (for hygiene & cleaning cost reasons) into the restaurant or bedrooms and for similar reasons we would ask that you keep your dogs off furniture... Shareholders now each own a part ot the pub and very much have a say in how it should be run through the management committee and the Annual General Meeting. Shareholders constantly bring new ideas and suggestions for improvement, which because we own it, can be achieved and implemented so that the pub genuinely provides for the community it serves. A cafe, Art displays, Art classes and guest beers are some of the many exciting ideas we have been able to introduce..
