PERFECTLY POSH - Key Persons
Artistic Director Becky Jones has been hairdressing since school at the age of 16 and joined Perfectly Posh in November 2007 as a stylist, working her way up to manager.
Becky specialises in colouring and hair extensions and is an extremely talented stylist. She is always willing to learn and improve her knowledge and has attended many artistic colour and cutting courses.
She has a Diploma in Hairdressing Level 3 and is training as an assessor.
Salon owner Krysia West has trained with some of the best known names in hairdressing including Aveda, Wella, Cinderella Hair, and Patrick Cameron.
With a Diploma in Hairdressing NVQ Level 3, Krysia specialises in all areas of hairdressing from cutting to colouring, hair extensions, keratin hair smoothing treatments and bridal hair.
Krysia's main aim is to keep ahead of the competition whilst delivering customer satisfaction every time a customer visits the salon. She is always focusing on new projects that will elevate the salon to keep up with the growing trends and create ultimate satisfaction for the customer.
Krysia feels privileged to have so many talented and enthusiastic professionals working as part of her creative team. They have helped Krysia and the salon to win many fantastic awards including British Hair & Beauty Hair Salon of the Year 2015 and 2016, 2017 (winner) and also Employer of the Year 2015 (finalist) and 2016 (winner).
Artistic Director Martina Kutlakova has been hairdressing since school at the age of 16. She was originally trained in Slovakia where she achieved her diploma NVQ Levels 2 & 3.
In the UK, Martina has worked within Wella and L'Oréal salons. She also worked for the award winning Headmasters salon in London where she worked her way up to Designer level and attended many artistic cutting and colouring courses.
Martina specialises in all aspects of hairdressing from cutting, colouring and KeraStraight hair smoothing treatments and particularly enjoys helping clients with thick hair.
Martina Joined Perfectly Posh in August 2012 and has become one of our busiest stylists building her client list very quickly. She has great energy, is very talented and a good all-rounder making her a valuable member of the team.
