PRIORY PROPERTY SERVICES - Key Persons
Greg oversees all elements of Priory Property Services operations. With an early interest in property and construction stemming from his upbringing he was initially educated at Ryde Private School on the Isle of Wight. Whilst working towards a Bachelor of Science degree through the Faculty of the Built Environment at the University of West of England, Bristol he worked for the Berkeley Group on the £200m mixed used development in Portsmouth now known as Gunwharf Quays. He briefly went on to run the family development company before moving to London as Lead Project Manager working with prestigious clients such as Lunn Polly, Pret a Manger and Dixon Stores Group. Following a move back to the Isle of Wight he joined and headed up the Contracts Department of the largest building and maintenance contractor on the Island, Maintenance Direct, successfully delivering high value contracts for various housing associations, the Isle of Wight Council and private clients.
To compliment his wide variety of industry knowledge Greg's experience, competency, level of education and commitment to the industry was formally recognised by gaining chartered status with full corporate membership of The Chartered Institute of Building and full membership of the Association for Project Management.
