RAPIDCARE - Key Persons
Aliona has been a member of the Rapidcare team for a year now. She enjoys the friendly family atmosphere at the workplace as her family live out in Ukraine.

Chelsea has worked at Rapidcare for 4 years. She lives in Forge Wood with her husband and two pugs Cookie & Rolo. In her spare time, you can either find her ‘hinching' her home or going for adventures with her fur babies.
She has recently taken on the role of commercial director and oversees sales, marketing, admin and HR. Ellen has two young children Orson and Marla so her free time is mostly spent at farms and play areas!
Izzie lives in Burgess Hill but is originally from South West London. Izzie has been in the dispensing business for many years. Izzie's experience and dedication is extremely valuable and beneficial to our clients.
Out of work Izzie enjoys socialising with family and friends and going on holiday as much as possible.
Jill is a highly experienced Specialist Nurse within the area of incontinence and stoma care, having had 28 years within this area. Jill is a registered nurse and acts as the Clinical support for Rapidcare and our customers. Jill prides herself with ensuring that patients have an unbiased choice of products (any manufacturer), whilst ensuring the best patient outcomes, effective management of inventory, correct economical selection and the promotion of education to ensure the best practice use of products and avoidance of waste through incorrect selection.
Jill is married with 3 grown up children and lives with her husband in Yorkshire. Her hobbies includes entertaining, theatre and holidays.
Julia started her career as a nurse and has always been involved in the medical industry. Married for over 25 years, Julia and Kevin have two children. Prior to Rapidcare she was the Managing Director of Fittleworth Medical, another home delivery company.
Julia's role now concentrates on encouraging healthcare professionals to refer customers to the Rapidcare service whilst spending as much time as possible with service users and understanding their requirements.

Kevin is co-owner of Rapidcare, alongside his wife Julia. Kevin has an active role within the company delivering parcels all over the South of England. An avid sports enthusiast he enjoys playing golf and watching football.
Kim is married and has one daughter, she lives in South Bristol with her family and will be our Account Manager for the South West/Wales. Kim's hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, Gardening, swimming and walks along the beach with her dog charlie! Kim has 22 years experience in stoma care so she has a wealth of knowledge and we are all looking forward to working with her to make our service even better!
Kevin and Julias son Mark joined the business in January of 2020 as Operations Manager before being promoted in January 2022 to Managing Director.
Mark focuses his time on ensuring our Customer Service and Warehouse teams provide customers with the very best service. Before Rapidcare, Mark worked within the recruitment industry for 7 years, 4 in London followed by 3 in Melbourne, Australia.
Outside of work, Mark is often found looking for his ball on the golf course or watching Chelsea FC.
Nicola lives just outside Ashbourne in the Derbyshire Peak District. Nicola is married with two children.
Nicola has worked in the Ostomy and Urology industry for over 14 years and loves her role supporting health care professionals and patients. Nicola covers the South Yorkshire, East Midlands and South East side of the country.
In her spare time Nicola loves to spend time with her family, usually taxi-ing her children around to their many hobbies but also walking and socialising.
Robin lives in Crawley with her husband and daughter, but is originally from the United States. In addition to her daughter, she has a grown son living in the USA.
Robin has worked in Materials Management most of her work career and has extensive purchasing experience in the health care industry.
She enjoys spending time with family, reading, walking and visiting the different National Trust sites.
Tom is 35 years old and lives on the south coast down in Hove. He originally lived in France and moved over to the UK when he was 8 years old!
He has over 10 years' experience managing warehouses. Tom prides himself on making sure that all patients receive their delivery on time and in full.
His time is mostly taken over by his 2 children. However, when he does get a bit of spare time and body permitting, he still tries to play rugby for his local team.
Vanessa Bewley Robinson lives in the sunny seaside town of Southport with her husband and 2 children and their dog Teddy.
Vanessa has worked within the Ostomy and Urology market for over 20 years. Her previous role was with Fittleworth which is where she met Julia Constable one of the Directors of Rapidcare where they enjoyed a great working relationship for over 9 years. Vanessa is looking forward to celebrating 5 years with us already on the 25th of July, time sure does fly!
Vanessa continues to thoroughly enjoy her role within the Rapidcare team and continues to help build the business in the North. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time, keeping fit and walking in the Lake District with the family.
