Restwise is the fatigue monitoring system that helps cancer survivors rehabilitate faster by understanding when to exercise and when to rest... For years Restwise has helped the world's best athletes win Olympic medals and world championships. A recent study showed that Restwise also helps cancer survivors who exercise after treatment get fitter and stronger faster, by as much as 45%. Restwise was one of five finalists among the 752 entrants in the LIVE STRONG Big C Competition. Watch the video... Building on a very successful pilot program at the Treasure Valley Family YMCA in Boise, we have created a version of Restwise specifically for LIVE STRONG at the YMCA participants.
