With her attention to detail and desire to ensure that everyone that we deal with receives nothing but the best service an agent can offer, Debbie keeps the office running in a simple but structured way that allow the rest of the team concentrate on helping clients move home. Debbie and Jason have worked together for many years and since owning Richards have formed an excellent husband and wife team that work on the philosophy of treating everybody with respect, honesty and a smile. Debbie is very proud of the thank you cards and letters displayed in the office (we now have over 300). "It makes us realise how kind people are to take the time to thank us for the good job we do, but we can't rest on our laurels as we are now working hard on the next hundred!"
Working alongside Teresa and Debbie, Gemma gets stuck into any task that comes our way. Her ‘nothing is too much trouble' way of getting things done, in a professional and friendly manner, ensures the satisfaction of our clients.
Back to Staff Starting in the hustle and bustle of a London based estate agent, Jack quickly learnt how to help people move in a fast, demanding marketplace. Moving down to Dorset with his partner in 2022, he joined the Richards team bringing the many skills he learnt to the local housing market. Jack is always eager to help all the clients we are moving. Starting estate agency in the early 90's, just as the property market crashed, meant learning the ropes the hard way. Jason rose quickly through the ranks of a corporate estate agent in the local area. He moved into independent estate agency in 1996 helping to build a local firm into a leading estate agent in the Bournemouth and Poole area. In 2001 Jason and Debbie purchased Richards Estate Agents and have seen it go from strength to strength, firmly establishing itself as the number one choice if you are thinking of buying, selling or letting in and around Corfe Mullen.
