Geraldine is a Consultant Forensic Psychologist, a Chartered and Registered Psychologist and a Chartered Scientist. She is a graduate of Ulster and Queens University, the University of Leicester and London Roehampton University,
Geraldine has spent the last 28 years working within the Criminal Justice System as the Director of Rehabilitation and Head of Psychological Services with the Probation Board for N. Ireland and is now working independently across a number of sectors.
Geraldine has extensive experience working with regulatory bodies, professional boards and a range of fitness to practice committees.
She is the Chief Assessor with the British Psychological Society and Chair Elect for the BPS N. Ireland Branch.

Barry has worked in healthcare since 1996, serving first as a psychiatric nursing assistant, then as a pharmacist, qualifying in 2003 as a Master of Pharmacy.
Since then Barry has practised extensively across the pharmaceutical spectrum serving in hospital, community and research areas of pharmacy.
Barry currently serves as Alternate Vice-Chair of Northern Ireland's Health and Social Care Research Ethics Committee A (HSC RECA). At RECA, Barry practises as an Expert Member reviewing HSC research, as well as being a Lead Reviewer of Clinical Trials performed in NI and the UK. His specialities are First-In-Human Clinical Trials and HSC research applications involving Adults who Lack Capacity, indeed in this respect he also serves as an Expert Referee.
Barry loves science and its application (i.e. the role of pharmacy) in maintaining and improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Northern Ireland.
Gary has worked for AIB Bank for 35 years across a range of branch and departmental positions including as Regional Manager for the Bank's branches in the Greater Belfast area. Most recently, he was Head of Governance and Assurance for the Bank's UK Operations and Business Governance Unit which included responsibility for risk management, governance oversight of third-party providers and Business Continuity Management including incident management.
During 2020, Gary was closely involved in supporting the Bank's preparations in response to the COVID pandemic including development of remote working arrangements.
Gary holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an MSc in Business Improvement both from the University of Ulster. He is also a member of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland and previously served as Chair of the Belfast Region.
Gary has also served on the Boards of a number of local voluntary organisations.

Jonathan brings a breadth of knowledge and experience from the Private, Public and Charity Sectors. Since 2005, he has been running his own Management Consultancy business working primarily with Small Business and Charities on governance, health and safety and performance improvement.
Having worked with large multinational and local companies across several industry sectors in Belfast, Edinburgh and London at senior management and Director levels, he now serves as the Chairman of the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust and as a Lay Advisor to the Strategic Management Board for the Public Protection Arrangements in Northern Ireland.
Jonathan has extensive experience in the Regulatory Sector working on Fitness to Practice Committees with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council, the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland and the Bar Council for Northern Ireland.
He currently sits as Chairperson of Community Rescue Service who provide an NI wide resource to search for high risk and vulnerable missing persons.

Philip is a self-employed organisational development consultant with significant experience in culture review and human resource development. He has 30 years' senior leadership experience in policing working across a variety of operational and corporate roles.
Most recently, he was the Head of the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) Professional Standards and Counter Corruption where he led a rewrite of the Code of Ethics and the development of broader organisational leadership principles. Philip also led the implementation of a culture review at the Northern Ireland Police College and headed up the PSNI Learning and Development portfolio. Within this role, he designed and introduced a Police officer entry Graduate Development Programme with Ulster University and a new leadership development pathway for PSNI in partnership with both the College of Policing and Queen's University Belfast (QUB).
Philip is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has completed an Executive Leadership Programme at the JFK School of Government, Harvard University and has a BA in Leadership and Management from Dundee University. He has an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development with CIPD and is currently completing an MSc in Leadership with QUB where he is also a Research Affiliate with the Centre for Leadership, Ethics and Organisation.
Scott graduated from Queen's University Belfast (QUB) in 2007 and registered as a pharmacist in 2008 after completing his pre-registration training. He started his career in Community Pharmacy holding management positions in Scotland and throughout Northern Ireland. In 2016, he completed a PGCert in Independent Prescribing and started treating patients in GP Practices. Scott is currently the Lead Pharmacist in the Ards Federation of GP Practices.
Scott focuses on treating patients with long-term conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, mental health), in particular, those with multiple conditions. His interest in this area led to a return to QUB to complete an MSc in Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practice in 2019. He has a special interest in persistent pain and is involved in a South Eastern Trust multidisciplinary pain management team to help patients better manage their condition.
Scott is Chair of SELCG (South Eastern Local Commissioning Group) Prescribing & Medicines Management Committee and is a School Governor.
Alison graduated from The University of Nottingham in 2002 and qualified as a Pharmacist in 2003. She gained experience as a hospital pharmacist working in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland before moving into the clinical trial industry where she spent 10 years as a Project Manager and Pharmacist. Alison is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner (Project Management) and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy. She has been a Continuing Professional Development Facilitator with the Pharmacy Forum NI since 2013. She is currently working with Victoria Pharmaceuticals at the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust to set up a new service supplying medicines to Elective Care Centres within Northern Ireland, and is moving into a Practice Based Pharmacist role in April 2019.
Carol is a retired senior civil servant who served in policy roles in a range of Northern Ireland departments, including Finance and Personnel; Health; and Justice. Since retirement she has served on the board of a local mental health charity, where she focussed on governance; and on the Ethics Group of the Home Office's National DNA Database. She was awarded the CB in the 2011 New Year's Honours.
Chanel was born in The Bahamas and grew up in the Turks and Caicos Islands. She then went on to study pharmacy at Kingston University in London and completed her pre-registration year in Belfast in 2016. Immediately after qualifying, she went to work as a locum community pharmacist, for a large chain store and a number of independent pharmacies. She has also worked as clinical writer for Pharmacy in Focus and Scottish Pharmacist.
Chanel currently works as a clinical and procurement pharmacist in the Ulster Hospital and in her spare time she enjoys watching Japanese anime, gymnastics and playing the bass guitar.
Colleen qualified as a pharmacist from Queen's University of Belfast in 2005 and went straight into a community pharmacy manager role. She has now been a Boots pharmacy store manager for the past 8 years. In 2011 she was a finalist for the pharmacy in focus ‘Young community pharmacist of the year.' In 2014 she was awarded the NI healthcare award for ‘Managing substance misuse in the community,' owing to her work with a local addiction charity, HURT and addiction services in the area.
In a career spanning more than 40 years in education, Patrick has worked at every level of learning from nursery to university, in teaching, management or governance. A specialist in public sector decision-making and policy formulation, he was Director of Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education for seven years. In recent times he has served on a number of public bodies across a wide range of areas, including education, health, heritage, agri-food, science and local government. His major contribution in these areas has been in finance and audit. He is currently a member of the Board of the Agri-food and Biosciences Institute and he chairs the NI Medical Research Ethics Committee (REC B).
