Abi qualified from Bristol Dental School with a distinction in 2014, prior to which, she had worked as a dental nurse for 3 years.
Post university, Abi enjoyed working in practices heavily focused on prevention, supporting patients in improving both their oral health and wellbeing. Abi is a perfectionist to her core and holds herself to the highest of standards to achieve optimal results. Seeing those results and improvements in patients over time only continues to motivate her further.
Outside of work, Abi is a keen runner, she also enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding and being outdoors in beautiful Devon! Abi loves spending time with her friends and family, making the most of this stunning part of the world we live in. Abi loves travelling to new places and she more than a little obsessed with plants!
Aga qualified from Peninsula Dental School in 2015. She spent three years working as a General Dental Practitioner in Exeter, as well as delivering emergency treatment to phobic patients in the Dental Access Centre, Plymouth; before joining our practice in 2019.
Aga has a gentle and caring approach and aims to deliver patient centered dentistry. She strives to explain all treatment options to the patient, including risks and benefits of each option, before proceeding with active treatment. She offers all aspects of dental care and her working philosophy is tooth preservation and minimal invasive dentistry. Whilst in general practice, Aga developed special interest in Endodontics (root canal treatment). This lead her to study for a Postgraduate Diploma in Endodontics at King's College London, which she completed with distinction. Aga provides root canal treatment under a microscope, which enhances vision and improves the quality of the endodonic treatment.
Aga is trained in the Bioclear method, in which white composite material is wrapped around a tooth using special, technologically advanced mylar matrices. Composite is heated to properly form a fully functional, beautiful tooth. She is also a certified Invisalign® provider and facial aesthetics (wrinkle treatment) provider. Before turning to dentistry, Aga obtained a Masters Degree in Laboratory Medicine and worked as a scientist at National Institute for Medical Research, London.
Outside of work, Aga is a busy mum of two young children. She loves spending time with her family, exploring the beautiful Devon countryside. She always has a project on the go, furniture restoration, sofa reupholstering or crocheting to name a few.

Amy been a qualified dental nurse for nearly 6 years, undergoing various extended qualifications in radiography, impression taking, implantology and Invisalign training. Finally developing on to becoming Lead Dental Nurse at Quality Dental. Amy thoroughly enjoys being a big part of giving patients the perfect smile and seeing their self confidence grow.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending the gym and going out paddle boarding where she can. She is also working on her Mobile Make Up business, established in August 2020.
Ashleigh is a newly qualified Hygiene Therapist, who joined the team in August 2022 after qualifying from the University of Plymouth. She takes great pride in her role and has a passion for delivering excellent patient centered care. She is gentle, caring and friendly and aims to put patients at ease, whilst delivering a high standard of care.
When not at work, Ashleigh enjoys hiking on Dartmoor and up in the Lake District and is always busy spending time with her friends and family.
Dr Ashley qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2019. Since then, she has worked in practices in Devon. Ashley's strengths and interests lie in cosmetic dentistry and managing anxious patients. Ashley practices holistic dentistry and assesses not just the teeth, but the mouth and patient as a whole to come up with the ideal treatment plan.
Originally from Glasgow, Ashley appreciates the weather here in the south west, which allows her to make the most of spending time outdoors with her young family. Her hobbies outside dentistry include travelling, Pilates and Golf.
Beth started working here at the beginning of October 2023. She has really enjoyed starting her new job and loves working with everybody at the practice. She is currently studying an access to higher education health course at South Devon college 1 day a week to progress onto university, where she is going to study child nursing.
She enjoys taking her 4 dogs for walks in the fields around her home and loves her cat called Lola who also "loves" being surrounded by many dogs.
Ed qualified from the Newcastle University in 2018 and joined the Team at Quality dental Care in 2020.
He believes all treatment should be patient centred, tailoring all treatment plans to the individual and working together with patients to choose the best options for them.
Ed regularly undertakes continuous training, having recently gained a postgraduate certificate in Restorative Dentistry and is also enrolled on the postgraduate diploma course at Plymouth University. He is passionate about his work and his calm approach makes his patients feel at ease during all of their visits.
Outside of work, Ed enjoys paddle boarding, cycling, walking in the countryside, and spending time with friends and family.
Kaycee chose to take the dental route for her career path as she feel it's something she can progress in. Kaycee has a family member who is also a Dental Nurse and says it's a very interesting job and loves the work they do. She also knows Kaycee will love this line of work because it's helping people and that's something she's always been passionate about.
Kaycee's hobbies outside of work are taking long scenic walks, as she feel this helps clears the mind and keeps you fit. She also reads and paints to keep her creative side open. She enjoys socialising with friends and family as it's important to have some wind down time for yourself.
Louisa qualified as a Dental Hygiene Therapist and qualified in Bristol Dental Hospital in 2009. Being a Therapist means Louisa can deliver routine composite fillings on children that visit us. She has a very kind and caring nature and instantly makes our patients feel at ease.
Louisa has been married for 7 years and has two young children. In her spare time she enjoys going to the Theatre and doing water sports.
Lucy loves working at Quality Dental Care because she really enjoys making patients feel welcome and comfortable, which she feels is extremely important, especially with nervous patients. Lucy believes the team all get on extremely well inside and outside of work and thinks it's is a joy to come into work every week.
Outside of the practice, Lucy looks after her 1 year old son, enjoying day trips and visiting friends and family. She also enjoys socialising, eating out and long walks in the country.
