June Butler served in various roles in the public and private sector in Northern Ireland for over 40 years. She was the Assistant Chief Electoral Officer for Northern Ireland from 2001-2009 with responsibility for the conduct of all elections, finance, audit, human resources and other matters of governance. In 2008 and 2012 she also worked with the Greater London Authority for the Mayoral Elections, specialising on project management across all the London Boroughs and electronic counting of votes.
Subsequently she became the Diocesan Secretary of two Church of Ireland Dioceses and acted as their chief executive as well as secretary to both Diocesan Synods. Currently she is a member of Down and Dromore Diocesan Council and General Synod, and has been a member of several Synod committees and advisory bodies.
From the beginning of 2019, June was elected as the All Ireland President and a Worldwide Trustee of the Anglican charity Mothers' Union. Prior to this her voluntary work was primarily in connection with Mothers' Union where she has held many roles, including Diocesan President and All Ireland Trustee. She is particularly engaged in matters of policy and has served as part of the Mothers' Union delegation at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.
June holds a degree in English from the University of Ulster and various work- related qualifications in human resources, training, business and project management. In 2010 she was awarded an MBE for her work with electoral services.

Michael Davidson joined the Criminology team at Ulster as a Lecturer in 2016. Michael's research and teaching interests are in the areas of law enforcement, terrorism and political violence, counter terrorism, preventing violent extremism and leadership and management. Michael is highly experienced and has an in-depth knowledge of training design, development and delivery at all levels within law enforcement agencies both locally and internationally.
Michael is currently the Course Director for the BSc (Hons) Criminology and Criminal Justice (Applied Practice) degree designed for current and recently retired members of the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI).
Michael is Course Director for the Open Source Intelligence Course (OSINT) delivered online through a collaborative partnership.
Michael is also Subject Partnership Manager (SPM), within Ulster University, for five programs:
Michael is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy; he teaches at undergraduate level and supervises student dissertations at undergraduate level. Michael has studied Terrorism at St Andrews University and has completed Advanced Diplomas in Intelligence Policing and Intelligence Management at Ulster University. He holds a BA in Leadership and Management (with commendation) from Dundee University and has specific expertise in the transfer of learning to workplace application.

Sandra is a former Civil Servant with over 40 years experience working across the Public Sector in Northern Ireland. Her career included employment with the Department of Social Security, the Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross and the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
She has been a volunteer with the Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross Foundation firstly as a gardener since 2003 and subsequently as a Garden guide since 2010. She has also worked on the Oral History Project for the Foundation.
Sandra has been a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland Ladies' Choir since 2006 and has been the Choir Treasurer since 2014, Sandra was also awarded the MBE in 2023 for charitable services.

He has over a decade of strategic communications and public affairs experience and leads on community engagement projects, including the creation of the World Premiere of The Belfast Opera and the annual Northern Ireland Schools Debating Competition.
His current projects include the redevelopment of Carlisle Memorial Church and leading a cross-sectoral civic partnership to secure Belfast's designation as a UNESCO City of Music.
He is also Founder of Successful Belfast, an initiative to creatively involve new voices in the city's development, and he helps lead the creation of the North Belfast Heritage Cluster.
Shane was awarded a British Empire Medal for services to Young People in Northern Ireland in 2014 and was a 2017 Winston Churchill Fellow, exploring civic and cultural regeneration in the US and Colombia.
Mr White is a former senior officer in the Royal Ulster Constabulary and Police Service of Northern Ireland having served as an Assistant Chief Constable in both. He also served in Iraq in the temporary rank of Deputy Chief Constable while attached to the US-led Coalition. Following his service as a police officer Mr White has held a number of senior roles within the European Union; most notably he served as a Head of Mission and Special Adviser to the European Union's Secretary General/High Representative for Foreign Affairs based in Brussels and Baghdad. Currently he is a security sector consultant working with a number of international bodies and groups. Mr White's local voluntary work includes spells as a board member of Community Restorative Justice Ireland and chairman of the Northern Ireland Association of Churchill Fellows. Mr White is currently a Director of Northern Ireland Cooperation Overseas. Mr White was a former Trustee of the RUC GC Foundation from 27 July 2012 to 26 July 2017. He currently helps the Foundation in a voluntary capacity.
