Keeping yourself in shape at 50+ can be perceived as being a difficult task. Maybe you haven't exercised in a few years and you have put a few pounds on. What my aim is with this website is to prove to you that it is not too late nor too difficult to get in shape...
I see time and again people at 50+ let themselves go thinking its too late. I did not start training properly until I reached 57 and now I understand it to be the same as business, you need to working on yourself consistently.
